Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, course pages, seminar pages, digital materials, and related services offered by Knowvigate, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Knowvigate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including offerings made under the HealthHippieMD and Well-IQ brands.
By accessing our website, registering for a seminar, purchasing a product or service, or using any related materials, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to:
live and recorded seminars
online courses and educational modules
downloadable materials, worksheets, and guides
email communications related to our offerings
any related websites, landing pages, and hosted course platforms
2. Educational Purpose Only. No Medical Advice
Our seminars, courses, assessments, written materials, and related content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from your physician, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. Your use of our content does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other professional treatment relationship with Knowvigate, LLC or Jeff Taekman, M.D.
If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult an appropriate licensed professional. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or participate in our offerings unless we expressly state otherwise.
4. Registration and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for a seminar, purchasing a course, joining a mailing list, or otherwise interacting with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a seminar, course, or related offering, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, along with any applicable taxes or fees.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and platform providers, including Stripe. We do not independently store full payment card details.
6. Refund Policy
For live seminars, including The Whole-Life Audit, we offer a full refund if you request it more than 48 hours before the scheduled seminar start time.
No refunds will be issued beginning 48 hours before the seminar and after the seminar has begun or concluded.
If a seminar includes immediate access to downloadable or digital pre-work materials, access to those materials does not alter the refund deadline unless we expressly state otherwise.

Refund requests are considered based on the scheduled seminar time in the stated event time zone.
7. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule, substitute, modify, or cancel a seminar, course, or offering for business, technical, safety, or other operational reasons.
If we cancel a paid live seminar and do not provide a substitute event or comparable access, we will issue a refund or provide another remedy in our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, illness, emergencies, or force majeure events.
8. Personal Responsibility
You understand that your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your own circumstances, background, consistency, health status, and choices. We do not guarantee any specific personal, health, financial, or professional outcome.
9. Intellectual Property
All content made available through our services, including text, course content, seminar recordings, frameworks, assessments, branding, graphics, worksheets, videos, audio, and downloads, is owned by or licensed to Knowvigate, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our materials
modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display our materials
share paid access with others
sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content
record, redistribute, or republish a live seminar or replay
10. Community Standards and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services:
for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
to interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of our services
to infringe the rights of others
to upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our services may be hosted or delivered through third-party providers such as Thinkific, MailerLite, Zoom, Stripe, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, analytics tools, and other service providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party sites, platforms, or services we do not control.
12. Replay Access
If replay access is included with a seminar or offering, such access is provided for one year from the date of the live seminar, unless a different period is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular needs.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowvigate, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a paid offering will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific offering.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knowvigate, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
